Enrollment Open for Fall 2010 for 6th - 12th Grade

ASPVA accepts applications year round.  Priority consideration is offered to those students who
submit all application materials by February 1.  Auditions will be scheduled the second week of
February, and the first round decisions will be mailed by February 28.  Applications will be
considered on a rolling basis after February 1.

After application forms are received and reviewed, auditions will be scheduled.  If an offer is
made, an enrollment agreement will be sent.  This agreement, along with a tuition deposit of
$2,000 is due within 10 days. Fifty percent of the remaining balance is due July 1, 2010 and the
remaining balance is due in full on August 1, 2010.

  • Application fee of $150 (non-refundable)
  • Student Questionnaire
  • Current/Former School Administrator Questionnaire
  • Three Teacher Questionnaires
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Recent photograph (photo will not be returned)
  • Current report card/transcripts/achievement test scores

The selection committee will review your completed application.  We will then contact you to
schedule an audition.
