Upon completion of Phase III: Implementation of Private School offering full
academic curriculum with an emphasis on the fine arts, ASPVA will follow these
policies and procedures for admission.
Admissions Procedures and Policies
After application forms are received and reviewed, auditions will be scheduled. If an
offer is made, an enrollment agreement will be sent. This agreement, along with a
tuition deposit of $2,000 is due within 10 days. Fifty percent of the remaining balance
is due July 1st and the remaining balance is due in full on August 1st.
In order to complete the admissions process, the following must be submitted to
the Admissions Office at ASPVA:

- Application fee of $150 (non-refundable)
- Student Questionnaire
- Current/Former School Administrator Questionnaire
- Three Teacher Questionnaires
- Copy of birth certificate
- Recent photograph (photo will not be returned)
- Current report card/transcripts/achievement test scores
